Chinese phone number

This evening I received a phone call from a Chinese man for the fourth time since returning to the States. How weird! I was able to talk to this man in Chinese and explain to him that I wasn't a Chinese person, but rather an American. And I asked how he happened to call me. He explained that a Chinese friend of his had had this number before it was given to me. So that's why they keep calling. I don't think this is a coincidence...
