That same day we visited a Tibetan Buddhist temple, the largest one outside of Tibet, that houses the tallest Buddha in China.There were many people paying homage to their idol god and the incense was so thick the smell and smoke was overpowering! Again,to witness the practice of this religion in person was heart-breaking.
