Food doesn't come any fresher than in China! In fact when you buy it, it's most likely swimming,clucking, or cocka-doodle-dooing!! Took Mom to the underground food market- a sight for the eyes! These are pics from the fish market- let's see - you have your choice of: fresh turtle,croaking bull frog (was huge!), worms in the coccoon- still moving and quite appetizing- don't ya think!,eel- the man is gutting for some customers, and I don't know what those lobster looking things are- but there were plenty of them and quite large and mean looking! and of course, everyone's favorite- the rooster! so- what are you up for! Yum!
By the way- Mom really wished her students could see this in person!
