This museum is an amazing excavation site! Discovered by a farmer in the 70's, he unearthed what he thought was a couple of clay-made warriors. It was actually 6,000+ warriors buried with an early emperor. Turns out the Emperor's first thought was to have his entire army buried with him ALIVE, but one of his wise counselors convinced him to have life- size replicas of each man and horse buried with him instead. Good idea!!!
